For your Wedding Cake and such:
Did you ever attend a friend or relatives Wedding or special function and have the baked goods or cake taste dry? I am told that most of the time this is from freezing the goods before your event.
After being the primary Wedding Photographer for a great deal of events, I can tell you that we have taste tested a large amount of Wedding cake and goods.

Whenever we find the cake to be outstanding, we usually ask who made their cake or other goods. It just seems ironic that almost every time we ask this question we almost always get the same answer, "The Village Bake Shoppe".
